Rules
1. Feel free to use them in journals and threads. Don't go over board with it, be realistic and base things on their known cannon character. This includes things they may say and punishment they may give.
2. If you wish to actually thread with them contact the mods and they'll be happy to do a thread with your character and an NPC.
3. If an NPC is someone's relative please contact that person and make agreements on how things are going to go.
